Congratulations on reaching an agreement with the seller on price and terms! With the contract in place, the home is effectively reserved for you until the closing.

Typically, the contract will include a timeline for obtaining financing. Your agent will explain your rights and responsibilities under the contract and guide you through the remaining steps leading up to the closing.
STEP SEVEN

The Final Details

During this final stage of the home buying process, it is important to perform due diligence to ensure the property is in good condition and the financing terms are favorable.
