Negotiations and Contract

Under ContractCongratulations, you and the Seller have agreed on price and terms. The home is effectively held for you until closing.

The Final Details

- Schedule a property inspection.
- Your lender will order the appraisal once the Due Diligence period is over.
- Review the terms of your financing.
There are many details in this step. We'll be crunching final numbers with inspection and appraisal which could lead to additional negotiations with Seller. Your agent will be highly involved and walk you through each step.
STEP EIGHT
Closing
This is final transfer of funds and property. An attorney at title company acts as third party to facilitate transfer. Your Real Estate agent will recommend closing attorneys as part of our referral network.
